1. Coworking spaces and Lobby Access
- Private Office / Focus and Coop Desk: You have 24/7 access to the space.
- Part time Hot Desk / Day pass Members: The space is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Sunday to Thursday.
- In case of furniture or property damage, please contact the community manager immediately. For damages incurred, charges will be added to your security deposit.
- You should not bring your own furniture to the coworking space.
- Meeting rooms must be booked in advance through the eHaris application which all tenants have access to. As for external guests, bookings can be made via email to office@flare.qa or +974 6006 1515 / 5151
- The furniture in the meeting rooms must remain in the meeting rooms at all times.
- Our coworking space includes a pantry which can be used by all Flare members.
- The coffee machine, soft drinks in the fridge and water in the pantry is a shared resource.
- You might consider using labels with your name on the food and beverages which you keep in the cupboards or fridge.
- At Flare we pride ourselves by being a growth-focused coworking space, so we ask all members to maintain a quiet working atmosphere.
- To take phone calls, we suggest you use the phone booths available for all tenants to reduce the noise level in the space.
- All coworking members are responsible for keeping the common rooms clean and tidy. Everyone should clean their desk and take care of the garbage once they have finished working for the day.
- Please recycle whenever possible.
- Cleaning supplies are kept in dedicated places.
- Smoking is not allowed in the coworking space area.
- If you are the last person to leave the office space, we kindly ask you to turn off the lights, air-conditioning and close any open doors. The main doors will lock automatically.
