Yes, we are approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MOCI), and Qatar Financial Center (QFC), to register your company in our offices. You can use our business center address as your registered office address, to comply with local laws and regulations.
For every desk in the office, you are entitled to an access pass. For
instance, if your office has 5 desks, 5 people can access the space at once.
We invite you to use our meeting rooms to invite your guests.
By being a member of flare, you have 24/7 access to the
Sky View Lobby, Phone Booths, Zoom Room (compact meeting room), credits
for printing and meeting rooms, lockers on request as well as access to
preferred packages from our community partners.
Our offices are fully furnished and equipped with top quality office furniture in modern design. You are more than welcome to bring in your computers, devices, and any other supplies you need for your business, adding a touch of your own style.
Unless additional services or package items are formally
requested, you are only responsible for what has been explicitly agreed upon
in your contract.
If you outgrow your current space, we can work with you to find a larger space within our business center that suits your needs. Our team is always available to help you with any requests or questions you may have.
We offer high-speed, secure internet connectivity with both wired and wireless options available. Our internet connection is optimized for business needs, and we provide IT support to ensure your internet connection is always stable.
Flare Business Center is a workspace which is not only
exclusive to companies. You are more than welcome to get your own space for
your personal needs, whether it be for studies, personal work, assignments, or
even event organization.
You can contact us to book the Sky View Lobby for
workshops, seminars, talks, events, etc., so long they are in the context of the
business community.
Of course, our meeting rooms are also available for use by
non-members for an hourly fee. You can book the meeting room of your
choice by using our online booking system or by contacting our team.
